From excerpt on photo: Sigma Chi chapter house at the University of Virginia, which yesterday was dedicated as the Constantine Chapter Memorial House by John Neal Campbell, Chicago lawyer and grand consul of Sigma Chi, in ceremonies attended by alumni from all parts of the country. Harry St. John Dixon, a member of Psi Chapter of Sigma Chi while a student at the University of Virginia in 1861 and 1867, founded the Constantine Chapter of the Confederate States of America in 1864, during the Atlanta Campaign, in the Confederate Army of Tennessee.
