In the group are, left to right, Lewis K. Mattingly, Jr. of Fairfax, VA, and Louis Nelson of Charlottesville, VA, with Joanne DeVivi and Jane Brooking of Orange. The simulator was built by students at a cost of less than $100 to be shown with a working model of the type of real reactor the University of Virginia is planning to build.
