Descriptive blurbs printed in red on slips of aciidic paper are bound in, one at the beginning, others facing pages 38, 96, 231, 347, 470, 507 and one before the ruled sheets for subscribers' names. Accompanied by an additional descriptive leaf ([2] pages) with caption title "The Ideal Home Educator, our great book of knowledge, forty great books condensed into one volume."
