- Board of Visitors Records consist chiefly of files of minutes, memoranda, reports and correspondence from standing and special committees including Audit and Compliance, Buildings and Grounds, Diversity, Educational Policy, Executive, External Affairs, Finance, the Medical Center Operating Board and the Quality and Transitional Care Hospital sub-committees; Professorships and Naming, Student Affairs & Athletics, Transition (of the Executive Vice-President/ Chief Operating Officer); the University of Virginia College at Wise; and the Board acting as a Committee of the Whole. There are also excerpts from the minutes, 2005-2009, on topics of interest; general records pertaining to a Board retreat, 2005; an open Board meeting, 2008; various memoranda, 2008; and a small file on Board member C.
